景德镇是我国著名陶瓷古城,又是我国现今陶瓷工业生产中心之一。政府已决定把景德镇市划为国际开放的旅游城市,最近该市又与日本陶都濑户市结为友好城市。为了满足社会主义现代化建设及向国际开放的需要,景德镇市正在着手修订全面的地区规划。去冬我与杨鸿勋、谢辰生同志应景德镇之邀参观该市的建设及古 Jingdezhen is a famous ceramic city in China, and it is also one of the production centers of China’s ceramic industry. The government has decided to make Jingdezhen City an international open tourist city. Recently, the city has become a sister city with the Japanese Taotou City. In order to meet the needs of socialist modernization and opening up to the world, Jingdezhen City is working to revise its comprehensive regional plan. In the winter, I and Yang Hongxun and Xie Chensheng were invited to visit the city’s construction and ancient buildings at the invitation of Jingdezhen.
