本品为红管药[菊科植物三脉叶马兰(Aster ageratoides Turcz),俗称换肺草]的干燥全草制成的浸膏片剂。【作用特点】江西民间用红管药治疗老年慢性气管炎已有30多年历史,1971年它被列入全国18种防治慢性气管炎有效药物之一。红管药的地上部分含黄酮甙,有止咳作用;根部所含皂甙有祛痰作用。本品消炎、祛痰作用明显。多数病人在服药2～3天后,痰量增多,咳痰由黄色转白色,稠痰变成稀痰,易咳出;3～4天后咳嗽减轻,痰量减少,
