VA菌根真菌Vesicular Glomusmosseae在蕃茄根部形成的菌根对南方根结线虫 (Meloidogyneincognita)幼虫的存活率、侵染率有一定的影响。在菌根化植株的根部 ,根结线虫形成的虫瘿少于未接种菌根菌的植株 ,线虫的侵染率也极显著地低很多。菌根化根的浸提物对线虫幼虫有一定的抑制作用 ,1d后约使半数的幼虫死亡。试验结果还表明 ,Glomusmosseae对蕃茄有促生作用
The mycorrhizal fungi rooted in the tomato mycorrhizal fungi Vesicular Glomusmosseae had some effects on the survival rate and infection rate of Meloidogyne incognita larvae. In the roots of mycorrhizal plants, the root knot nematode formation of less than non-inoculated mycorrhizal fungi, nematode infection rate is also significantly lower. Mycorrhizal root extract of nematode larvae have a certain inhibitory effect, about 1d after about half of the larvae died. The results also show that Glomusmosseae has a promoting effect on tomatoes
