口腔颌面部软组织损伤是指颜面口腔部位的损伤,是头面部最常见的损伤,如果急诊处理不当,将会给患者造成很大的精神负担和心理压力[1]。成功急救与整形修复创口对减轻或避免面部畸形有重大意义。1999-2009年笔者行急诊整形美容术治疗口腔颌面部软组织损伤患者200例,取得了满意效果。现报道如下。
Oral and maxillofacial soft tissue injury refers to the facial oral area of the injury, is the most common head and face damage, if the emergency treatment properly, will give patients a great mental burden and psychological stress [1]. Successful first aid and orthopedic wound repair to reduce or avoid facial deformity is of great significance. From 1999 to 2009, the author performed emergency plastic surgery to treat 200 cases of oral and maxillofacial soft tissue injury, and achieved satisfactory results. Report as follows now.
