目的:探讨目标管理教学法在内科教学中的应用效果,为今后内科教学提供参考和借鉴。方法:本研究随机选取我校2009年6年月~2013年6月内科学生120例,采用随机数字法将其分为对照组和观察组,对照组给予传统常规教学法,观察组则给予目标管理教学法,观察分析两组学生的整体教学效果,并对比分析两组学生对学习效果的满意度。结果:观察组学生的实践成绩(96.37±5.12)分明显高于对照组的(82.16±2.79)分(t=2.4370,P=0.0163),观察组的理论成绩(95.38±4.76)分明显高于对照组的(81.34±2.72)分(t=2.5610,P=0.0117),观察组学生的整体学习效果较对照组更为显著(P<0.05);观察组学生对学习效果总满意率为95.0%也明显高于对照组的75.0%(χ2=15.6863,P=0.0001)。结论:将目标管理教学应用于内科教学,对师生均提出了相应的目标要求,能够指导临床老师的教学方法,亦能发挥学生的自控管理能力,促使内科教学更趋于科学化、规范化,具有显著的应用价值,值得在内科教学中广泛的应用和推广。
Objective: To explore the effect of the target management pedagogy in the teaching of internal medicine and to provide references for the medical teaching in the future. Methods: In this study, we randomly selected 120 cases of medical students from June 2009 to June 2013 in our school. They were divided into control group and observation group by random number method. The control group was given conventional teaching method. The observation group was given the target Management teaching method, observation and analysis of the overall teaching effectiveness of two groups of students, and comparative analysis of two groups of students satisfaction with learning outcomes.
