未成年人是一个比较特殊的社会群体,其作为生物学意义上的人毋庸置疑,而在法律层面上来说,未成年人并非完全意义上的刑事责任能力人。近年的未成年人犯罪案件逐年呈上升趋势,不仅体现在数量上单纯的增加,更呈现出年龄低龄化、犯罪暴力化的发展趋势,这也给社会敲响了警钟,本文就如何在办理未成年人犯罪案件中,加强对未成年人的法律保护做了简要论述。
A minor is a relatively special social group, which is undisputedly biologically significant, while on the legal level minors are not persons with criminal responsibility in the full sense of the word. In recent years, the number of juvenile delinquency has been on an upward trend year by year. This not only shows a simple increase in quantity, but also presents a trend of development with an aging population and a crime of violence. This also sounded a wake-up call to society.
