利用冷态等温模化技术对浓淡型双调风旋流燃烧器的空气动力特性进行了模拟实验.实验中分别改变二、三次风的旋流强度,以考察各射流的调节特性对燃烧器的空气动力场的影响.实验表明,该燃烧器采用分级送风技术,在燃烧器出口主要是三次风与二次风的混合,三次风的旋流强度是影响燃烧器空气动力场的主要因素.
The aerodynamic characteristics of the dual-tone wind-driven swirler burner were simulated by cold isothermal modeling technique. In the experiment, the swirling intensities of the second and third winds were respectively changed to investigate the influence of the adjusting characteristics of each jet on the aerodynamic field of the combustor. Experiments show that the burner adopts the staged air supply technology. The outlet of the burner is mainly the mixture of the tertiary air and the secondary air. The swirling intensity of the tertiary air is the main factor that affects the aerodynamic field of the burner.
