用 G~(14)标记的赖氨酸证明,正常时各种血浆蛋白质除γ球蛋白外,皆可由肝细胞合成。因此研究肝胆疾病时血浆蛋白质的改变,对肝病的诊断、预后和发病机制皆有重要意义。国内外在这方面虽已积累了一定经验,但仍待深入研究的问题不少。进一步探讨如何更正确地运用此项检查为肝胆病的临床服务,为本文的基本目的。现将1958年以来我院确诊的肝胆疾患402例患者的血清蛋白质分析结果进行总结,包括血浆总蛋白、血清蛋白质及脂蛋白成分
G ~ (14) labeled lysine proves that all kinds of plasma proteins are normally synthesized by hepatocytes except for γ-globulin. Therefore, the study of liver and gallbladder disease, plasma protein changes, the diagnosis of liver disease, prognosis and pathogenesis are of great significance. At home and abroad, although some experience has been accumulated in this respect, there are still many problems to be studied in depth.
