目的观察花椒油素(Xanthoxylin)对血小板粘附和丙二醛产生的影响。方法用转动圆瓶法和2-硫代巴比妥酸(TDA)荧光微测定法研究花椒油素对大鼠血小板粘附和丙二醛(MDA)生成的影响。结果体外实验: XT 0.037, 0.185, 0.924, 9.240 μmol/L显著抑制血小板粘附和MDA的产生,血小板粘附的抑制率为49.9%-87.1%,MDA产生的抑制率为23.2~46.4%;体内实验:5mg/kg XT也显著抑制血小板粘附和MDA的产生,血小板粘附的抑制率为56.8%,MDA产生的抑制率为41.5%。结论体外实验血小板粘附的抑制率和MDA产生的抑制率间呈非常显著的线性正相关。
Objective To observe the effect of Xanthoxylin on platelet adhesion and malondialdehyde production. METHODS: The effects of zanthoxylin on platelet adhesion and malondialdehyde (MDA) production in rats were studied using a rotating round bottle method and 2-thiobarbituric acid (TDA) fluorescent microassay. Results In vitro experiments: XT 0.037, 0.185, 0.924, 9.240 μmol/L significantly inhibited the platelet adhesion and MDA production, and the inhibition rate of platelet adhesion was 49.9%-87.1%. The inhibitory rate of MDA production was 23.2 to 46.4%. In vivo experiment: 5mg/kg XT also significantly inhibited the platelet adhesion and MDA production, and the inhibition rate of platelet adhesion was 56.8%. The inhibition rate of MDA production It is 41.5%. Conclusion There is a very significant linear positive correlation between the inhibitory rate of platelet adhesion in vitro and the inhibition rate produced by MDA.
