放射引起白细胞减少、淋巴细胞减少和机体免疫反应能力的损伤是众所周知的。肿瘤患者放射治疗由于淋巴和巨噬细胞的损害致使免疫抑制。所有患者在放射治疗将近结束时,由于放射线的破坏作用,淋巴细胞显著减少,病人的免疫能力受损害,肿瘤增长,促使转移,继发感染增加。对淋巴细胞减少患者尚无有效药物。本文研究乳癌、食道癌和肺癌患者放射治疗时外周白细胞和淋巴细胞总数
The damage caused by radiation-induced leukopenia, lymphopenia and the ability of the body’s immune response is well known. Radiotherapy of tumor patients results in immunosuppression due to damage of lymphoid and macrophages. At the end of all radiation therapy, all patients had a significant reduction in lymphocytes due to the destructive effect of radiation, impaired patient’s immune capacity, increased tumor growth, promoted metastasis, and increased secondary infection. There are no effective drugs for lymphopenia patients. This article studies the total number of peripheral white blood cells and lymphocytes during radiotherapy for breast, esophageal and lung cancer patients.
