目的:通过川丹参田间多点品比试验研究,优选川丹参新品种。方法:以丹参种质资源中系统选育获得丹参新品系CDS1、CDS2、CDS3、CDS4、DS5为品比试验品系,以当地大田生产常规品种为对照,于2010、2011年度在川丹参主产区四川中江县石泉乡西眉山和林家沟、集凤镇石垭、合兴乡等5个点开展多点品比试验,从品系的生长周期、性状特征、产量、品质等方面对新品系进行评价。结果:CDS2在两年的多点品比试验中遗传性状表现稳定一致,生育期250~270 d,出苗早,齐苗快;植株较高;产量位居第一;药材商品性状好,丹酚酸B和丹参酮ⅡA含量均较高,极显著高于对照。该新品系于2011年通过田间技术鉴定,2012年通过四川省农作物品种审定委员会审定,品种名为“中丹1号”。结论:“中丹1号”遗传性状稳定一致,产量高,品质优,生产上具有较大的推广价值。
OBJECTIVE: To study the multi-point ratio test of Chuan Salvia miltiorrhiza, and to optimize the new Chuan Salvia miltiorrhiza varieties. Methods: The new strains of Salvia miltiorrhiza were obtained by systematic breeding of Salvia miltiorrhiza germplasm resources. The tested strains were CDS1, CDS2, CDS3, CDS4 and DS5, and compared with the conventional varieties produced in the local field. In 2010 and 2011, The results showed that the new lines were evaluated from 5 aspects: growth cycle, traits, yield and quality of 5 lines in Shimei Mountain and Linjiagou, Shiquan Town, Jifeng, Shixing Township, Jiulong County, Sichuan Province. . Results: The genetic traits of CDS2 showed stable and consistent in the two-year multi-point product ratio test. The growth period was 250-270 d, the seedling emergence was early, the Qi-Miao was fast, the plant height was the highest, the yield was the highest, The contents of acid B and tanshinone IIA were higher than those of the control. The new line passed field appraisal in 2011 and was approved by Sichuan Crop Variety Approval Committee in 2012 with the name of “Zhongdan 1”. Conclusion: “Zhongdan 1 ” has stable and consistent genetic traits, high yield, good quality and great promotion value in production.
