河南省卫生防疫站和部分市站共同组成调查研究小组,于1984年7月16日至8月30日对八市32家冰糕厂进行了一次冰糕工艺卫生学调查研究,现报告如下: 一、调查对象选择郑州、洛阳、开封、新乡、安阳、许昌、信阳、商丘八市,由每市卫生防疫站指定出生产设备较好、产量较大厂家,中等厂家、小厂、郊区农办厂各一个,共调查32个厂家。
