睑球粘连常由眼部化学伤、热灼伤及其他原因所致的结膜溃疡性病变所引起。轻度的睑球粘连,不引起视力损害或眼球转动障碍者可不予以治疗;但严重的睑球粘连,累及角膜影响视力,眼球转动受限制或导致复视,睑内翻等则必需手术治疗。作者对我院自1975～1987年12年间71例75眼各种原因所致的严重睑球粘连,施行睑球粘连分离兼自体唇粘膜移植术,现将手术设计、手术技术及治疗结果初步报告如下。
Symposium often caused by ocular chemical injury, thermal burns and other causes of conjunctival ulcerative lesions caused. Mild symblepharon does not cause visual impairment or eye movement disorders may not be treated; but severe symblepharon, involving the cornea affects vision, eye rotation is limited or lead to diplopia, ectropion and other surgery is necessary. The author of our hospital from 1975 to 1987, 71 cases of 75 cases of 75 eyes due to various causes of severe symblepharon, the implementation of symblepharon and autologous lip mucosa transplantation, now the surgical design, surgical techniques and results of the initial report as follows.
