比格犬慢性冬眠心肌模型的制备

目的 制备可供实验使用的比格犬慢性冬眠心肌模型.方法 选取16只健康成年比格犬,分为A组(冬眠心肌组,8只)和B组(假手术组,8只).A组采用开胸丝线结扎法造成左前降支狭窄(75%),术后每日保持室外活动4 h,靶血管供血区域慢性缺血,制备慢性冬眠心肌模型.B组将丝线穿过前降支下方,但不结扎,其余同A组.两组均于术后3个月终止实验.采用超声心动图多巴酚丁胺负荷试验观察A组左心室壁运动,采用超声心动图观测两组收缩期室壁增厚率(WT%)、左心射血分数(LVEF)等指标.结果 A组左心室壁运动异常,WT%、LVEF减低.结论 开胸丝线结扎,术后辅以规律室外运动的方法制备犬冬眠心肌模型,模型制备方法简单,成功率高,对实验人员技术要求低,实验安全无射线,是一种简单可行的冬眠心肌模型的制备方法.
