目前,各地质队普遍使用的XU600-3型钻机的离合器,是影响钻探生产的关键部件。离合器的槽圈体和轴套是通过6个φ8.5的铆钉而铆成一体。但是,在使用过程中,经常是槽圈体和轴套由于扭矩和剪切力的作用,而使铆钉松动或断裂脱落。这样就得拆卸离合器,去掉残余铆钉,车制新铆钉而重新铆接。而这一修配过程一般须在队部车间进行,这就要耽误时间,往往会影响野外的钻探生产。鉴于上述情况,我们将铆好的槽圈体和轴套之间加工了两个螺纹孔,装配了两个骑缝螺钉(见图)。这
At present, the clutches of the XU600-3 drilling rig commonly used by geologic teams are the key components that affect drilling production.
