目的探讨个性化心理护理在急诊清创缝合术患者中的应用价值。方法选取2014年1-12月东莞市茶山镇茶山社区卫生服务中心收治的清创缝合患者100例为研究对象,按随机数字表法将其分为观察组和对照组,各50例。对照组患者在护理人员协助情况下,值班医师按常规进行清创缝合手术,观察组患者在对照组基础上实施个性化心理护理,比较两组患者术后创面愈合时间及护理满意度。结果观察组患者术后创面5、9和14 d愈合率明显高于对照组,平均愈合时间明显短于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(均P<0.05);观察组患者的护理满意度明显高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论对急诊清创缝合术患者实施个性化心理护理,可加速创面愈合,提高护理满意度。
Objective To explore the value of personalized psychological care in emergency debridement and suture patients. Methods A total of 100 debridement and suturing patients who were admitted to Dashan Community Health Service Center of Chashan Town, Dongguan City from January to December in 2014 were selected as the research objects. According to the random number table, they were divided into observation group and control group, 50 cases in each group. The control group of patients assisted by nurses, on-duty physicians routine debridement and suture surgery, observation group patients in the control group based on the implementation of personalized psychological care, the two groups of patients were compared after the wound healing time and nursing satisfaction. Results The wound healing rate of the observation group was significantly higher than that of the control group 5, 9 and 14 days after operation, and the average healing time was significantly shorter than that of the control group (all P <0.05). The nursing satisfaction The difference was statistically significant (P <0.05). Conclusion Personalized psychological care for patients with debridement and suturing can accelerate wound healing and improve nursing satisfaction.
