对社区矫正对象实施分阶段教育,既有必要,又切实可行。在具体实施分阶段教育时,要遵循循序渐进原则、个别化教育原则以及系统性原则;要根据矫正对象在接受矫正过程中的心理状态等方面的情况,在不同阶段设定相应的教育目标、教育内容,并由不同的矫正教育主体采取相应的教育方式。同时,为提高矫正教育的实效,在实施分阶段教育时,还要注意教育者自身的素养等方面的问题。
