运用苗期症状观察和点免疫杂交技术(DIBA)测定了河北承德地区制种用玉米品种掖单107种子MDMV的带毒率,并在此基础上于室内和田间采用几种不同方法进行种子处理的防病实验,结果表明,50倍83增抗剂、0.5%高锰酸钾、70%乙醇、0.1%磷酸三钠及60℃温水浸种均有一定的防治效果,其中以0.5%高锰酸钾10min及50倍83增抗剂24h浸种防效较好。由此说明,种子处理对减轻玉米矮花叶病流行为害具有一定的作用
Using the seedling symptom observation and spot immunoblotting technique (DIBA), the MDMV infectivity rate of Yedan 107, a maize cultivar in Chengde, Hebei, was determined. Based on this, several different methods were used for seed treatment indoors and in the field The results showed that 50 times of 83 enhancer, 0.5% of potassium permanganate, 70% of ethanol, 0.1% of trisodium phosphate and 60 ℃ warm water soaking seed have a certain control effect, in which 0 .5% potassium permanganate 10min and 50 times 83 enhancer 24h seed soaking better control. This shows that the seed treatment to reduce maize dwarf disease epidemics have a certain role
