研究高温金属表面发射率的变化规律,可以提高流程工业中金属材料表面温度的测量精度,减少因发射率影响而带来的测温误差。文章设计了一套发射率测量实验装置,测量了典型钢铁材料的发射率,给出了发射率的变化情况,对实际测温过程中动态修正测温结果具有一定的参考意义。
Studying the variation law of the emissivity on the surface of high temperature metal can improve the measurement accuracy of metal surface temperature in the process industry and reduce the temperature measurement error caused by the influence of the emissivity. In this paper, a set of emissivity measurement experiment device is designed. The emissivity of a typical steel material is measured and the change of emissivity is given. It is of some reference significance to the dynamic correction of temperature measurement in the actual temperature measurement.
