日前,《交通运输部关于加快现代航运服务业发展的意见》出台,提出进一步贯彻落实《国务院关于促进海运业健康法发展的若干指导意见》和《国务院关于依托黄金水道推动长江经济带发展的指导意见》,加快现代航运服务业发展,到2020年基本形成功能齐备、服务优质、高效便捷、竞争有序的现代航运服务业体系,确保现代航运业发展与航运转型升级相适应。《意见》以市场主导、政府引导,合理布局、集聚发展,对标国际、转型升级,加强监管、规范服务为四项原则,提出深化改革,创新体制机
Recently, the “Opinions of the Ministry of Transport on Accelerating the Development of Modern Shipping Service Industry” was promulgated. It proposed further implementing the “Guiding Opinions of the State Council on Promoting the Development of Shipping Industry Health Law” and the “Guidance of the State Council on Promoting the Development of the Yangtze River Economic Belt Relying on the Golden Waterway Opinions ”to speed up the development of modern shipping service industry. By 2020, a basically modern shipping service system with complete functions, excellent service quality, high efficiency, convenience and orderly competition will be established to ensure that the development of modern shipping industry is compatible with the transformation and upgrading of shipping industry.
