随着21世纪的到来,网络与多媒体技 术更加深入地渗透到国民生活的各个方 面。在教育方面也是如此,其表现是:以 这两项技术为重要特征的现代教育技术的 应用方兴未艾。经过十几年的努力,我国 在以现代教育理念为指导,在音乐教育中 对现代教育技术的应用方面已有很大的进 步,但还存在差距。这种差距,在很大程 度上是由于国内网上可供教育和研究的音 乐资源缺少的缘故。所以,提高应用现代 教育技术的水平,建立音乐数据库是一个 切实可行的步骤。
With the advent of the 21st century, the Internet and multimedia technologies have penetrated into all aspects of national life more deeply. The same is true for education, which is characterized by the fact that the application of modern educational technologies characterized by these two technologies is in the ascendant. After more than 10 years of hard work, our country has made great progress in the application of modern educational technology in the education of music under the guidance of the concept of modern education, but there are still gaps. This disparity is due in large part to the lack of musical resources available for education and research in the country. Therefore, to improve the level of application of modern educational technology, the establishment of music database is a feasible step.
