通过分析我国塑料玩具业的发展状况及生产技术现状,提出适用于复杂注塑件生产的气体辅助注塑技术。详细阐述了气体辅助注塑技术的概况与工艺流程,讨论了该技术在塑料玩具生产中的应用情况,并分析了该技术的特点,包括优势和局限性。为克服其局限性,引入计算机辅助工程技术,并以模型飞机机翼生产为例,进行应用流程的探讨,最后通过CAE前期处理、模拟分析和计算机调参,得出较为满意的气体辅助注塑玩具设计结果。
By analyzing the development situation of plastic toy industry in our country and the status quo of production technology, the gas-assisted injection molding technology suitable for the production of complex injection molded parts is put forward. The general situation and process of gas-assisted injection molding are described in detail. The application of the technology in plastic toy production is discussed. The characteristics of the technology, including the advantages and limitations, are analyzed. In order to overcome its limitations, the introduction of computer-aided engineering technology, and model airplane wing production as an example, the application process of the discussion, and finally through the CAE pre-processing, simulation analysis and computer reference, come to a satisfactory gas-assisted injection molding toys Design results.
