Background: Obsessive compulsive disorder(OCD) is a kind of neurosis.It is mostly that psychology flaws and inadaptability of environment bring on disturbance of psychology.Objective:To evaluate effect of psychotherapy,medication and behavior therapy on OCD in 18 cases.Subject: 18 patients with OCD were included in our study from 1999,5 male, 13 female .8 cases aged 15～ 20 years, 6 cases aged 21～ 30 years, 4 cases aged over 30 years. 2 recall compulsion, 1 association compulsion, 1 obsessive qualm, 1 getting to the bottom of the matter, 2 obsessive count, 6 obsessive examining ,5 obsessive washing ones hands and changing clothes.
