瘀血体质、体内血瘀不祛,是食管癌发生的重要内环境。通过总结古代医家有关食管癌血瘀病机的认识,结合基础实验研究,并利用方证关系理论,文章对食管癌血瘀病机的分子本质进行了分析讨论,以确定血瘀病机的证候分子标志物。EGFR、PI3K/AKT和Caspase-3信号通路蛋白表达的异常与血瘀病机密切相关,可以为食管癌的瘀血证分子诊断提供参考。
