本文主要介绍丹参提取的有效单体(IH764-3)抗肺纤维化的实验研究。结果表明IH764-3治疗组动物的肺系数,羟脯氨酸,表面活性物质含量,FGF活性均明显低于模型对照组。电镜观察证实治疗组肺胶原形成细胞数量,炎性细胞渗出,胶原纤维和弹力纤维都较模型组明显减少,肺泡毛细血管和肺泡膈内小血管形态较正常,Ⅱ型肺泡上皮细胞的数量和形态较正常。以上结果证明IH764-3对博莱霉素诱致的肺炎、肺纤维化具有明显的预防和治疗作用。
This article describes the effective monomer extracted Salvia (IH764-3) anti-pulmonary fibrosis experimental study. The results showed that IH764-3 treatment group animals lung coefficient, hydroxyproline, surfactant content, FGF activity were significantly lower than the model control group. Electron microscopy confirmed that the number of pulmonary collagen forming cells, inflammatory cells exudation, collagen fibers and elastic fibers in the treatment group were significantly reduced compared with the model group, alveolar capillaries and alveolar septum small blood vessels more normal morphology, the number of type II alveolar epithelial cells and Form is normal. The above results demonstrate that IH764-3 has significant preventive and therapeutic effects on bleomycin-induced pneumonia and pulmonary fibrosis.
