目的探索外源性磷酸肌酸(CP)治疗急性有机磷中毒心肌损伤的临床疗效。方法选取40例急性有机磷中毒心肌损害患者,ECG表现为ST段下移,T波低平,心肌肌钙蛋白Ⅰ(cTnI)、肌酸磷酸激酶(CK)、肌酸磷酸激酶同功酶(CK-MB)均明显增高,符合心肌损伤标准。随机分为对照组20例和治疗组20例,对照组按常规方法治疗,治疗组加用CP(2g/divgtt)治疗2周。结果两组治疗后心肌酶学指标均下降,ECG表现均有好转,治疗组优于对照组(P<0.05)。结论外源性磷酸肌酸治疗有机磷中毒心肌损伤有效,对于中毒引起的心肌损伤有一定的作用。
Objective To explore the clinical efficacy of exogenous creatine phosphate (CP) in the treatment of myocardial injury caused by acute organophosphate poisoning. Methods Forty patients with acute myocardial infarction who had acute organophosphate poisoning were enrolled in this study. Their ECGs included ST-segment depression, T-wave depression, cTnI, creatine phosphokinase (CK), creatine phosphokinase isoenzyme CK-MB) were significantly higher, in line with myocardial injury standards. The patients were randomly divided into control group (20 cases) and treatment group (20 cases). The control group was treated by conventional method. The treatment group was treated with CP (2g / divgtt) for 2 weeks. Results After treatment, the enzyme activity of myocardial enzymes decreased and the ECG performance improved. The treatment group was better than the control group (P <0.05). Conclusion Exogenous creatine phosphate treatment of organophosphate poisoning myocardial injury effective for toxic injury caused by myocardial injury have a certain role.
