本文对于用四苯硼测定钾的重量法和两种容量法——银量法和汞化后的溴酸盐法的测定条件和分析方法曾作一番研究,确定了详细的操作手续。实验证明这三种方法都具有相当高的精密度和准确度。在银量法中,作者试用螢光黄吸附指示剂的结果甚为满意。此法的终点清晰,操作简单快速,费用低廉。实验证明,一般盐碱土中存在的C1~量对银量法尚无显著的干扰。溴酸盐法的准确度较高于银量法,但操作稍长,耗费试剂较多。作者改用滤纸过滤四苯硼钾沉淀,可以简化操作手续和节约药品,而准确度则并不稍逊。鉴于土壤中的水溶性离子,在通常含量情况下对于四苯硼钾的沉淀均无干扰,故建議直接在水介质中进行钾的沉淀。但是,1:5土壤水浸出液中鉀的浓度极低,直接加入四苯硼钠沉淀剂时往往不能使钾沉淀完全,必须用浓缩或加鉀方法才能获得良好结果。用本文提出的银量法和溴酸盐法的操作手续测定华北滨海和内陆盐渍土水溶性钾的可靠性和准确度,曾用钾的回复试验以及用亚硝酸钴钠容量法和火焰光度计法的对比试验加以验证,认为这两种四苯硼容量法,与其它化学方法相比,是简单快速,准确可靠,费用低廉的方法。
In this paper, potassium tetraphenylborate determination of the gravimetric method and the two volumetric method - the amount of silver and mercury after bromate method of determination of the conditions and analytical methods to make a study to determine the detailed procedures. Experiments show that these three methods have a very high precision and accuracy. In the silver method, the author tried the results of fluorescent yellow adsorption indicator is very satisfied. The end of this method is clear, easy to operate, low cost. Experiments show that the amount of C1 ~ in the conventional saline-alkali soil has no significant interference with the silver method. The accuracy of bromate method is higher than that of silver method, but the operation is slightly longer, consuming more reagents. Instead of using filter paper to filter the precipitation of tetraphenylboron and potassium, the authors can streamline the procedure and save drugs, without compromising on accuracy. Given the water-soluble ions in the soil, there is no interference with the precipitation of tetraphenylboron at the usual level, so potassium precipitation is recommended directly in the aqueous medium. However, the concentration of potassium in 1: 5 soil water leaching solution is very low. When sodium tetraphenylborate precipitating agent is added directly, potassium precipitation can not be completed completely. Concentration or potassium addition method is required to obtain good results. The reliability and accuracy of water-soluble potassium in the coastal and inland salty soil of North China were determined by the silver scale method and the bromate method proposed in this paper. The potassium recovery test and the potassium titration with sodium nitrite and flame Photometric method to compare the test to be validated, that the two tetraphenyl boron capacity method, compared with other chemical methods, is simple, accurate, reliable, low-cost method.
