高新技术产业作为朝阳产业正成为国民经济的主导产业,其知识密集型特点,对人力资源的依赖度较高。本文运用重心理论研究了我国高新技术产业及人力资源分布格局演化,通过对比分析1995-2010年高新技术产业重心与人力资源重心演化路径,发现我国高新技术产业地域分布失衡,特别是东西横向不均衡程度严重,人力资源对高新技术产业发展的影响作用较显著,提出应协调我国高新技术产业分布和人力资源配置均衡发展,更好地发挥人力资源配置对高新技术产业空间分布的牵引作用,实现我国高新技术产业全方位协调可持续发展。
As a sunrise industry, high-tech industries are becoming the leading industries in the national economy. Their knowledge-intensive features have high reliance on human resources. This paper studies the evolution of high-tech industry and human resource distribution in China by using the theory of gravity center. By comparing the evolution of the center of gravity and HR center of high-tech industry in 1995-2010, we find that the distribution of high-tech industry in our country is unbalanced, especially the horizontal imbalance The degree of serious human resources on the impact of high-tech industries more significant role, proposed that we should coordinate the distribution of high-tech industries and the balanced development of human resources allocation, better play to human resources allocation of high-tech industries spatial distribution traction, to achieve our country High-tech industries in all directions and sustainable development.
