配制生物碱类(包括合成品)滴眼剂,要不要使用缓冲溶液调整 pH 的问题,国内外药剂工作者有不同的看法,也存在着用与不用缓冲溶液的两类处方。笔者对这类药物的滴眼剂的临床应用,进行了一些调查和分析。现提出几点看法供讨论。生物碱类滴眼剂(下称眼液)的 pH 与刺激性的关系滴眼剂(包括生物碱类滴眼剂)的 pH 过高或过低对眼部都有刺激性,对药效及药物的稳定性也有相当影响。因此认为适当地采用缓冲液来调整 pH 是必要的。Tozer 指出后马托品滴眼剂如 pH 小于6时,将会刺激眼睛
