“互联网+”时代的到来,推动了我国国内知识产权市场规模的扩大,同时促进了国内知识产权市场的多元化与复杂化。与之相对应的,知识产权服务市场也正在酝酿。广播影视作为互联网经济产业与文化产业的结合形式之一,在国家鼓励的市场化改革创新等一系列政策的推动下,逐渐成为现今最具影响力和传播力的大众文化产业。在数字影视版权资源快速聚集整合、影视版权交易越来越频繁的当下,如何保护影视作品的版权,成为亟待解决的问题。
