以小叶女贞为试材,采用喷雾法,研究了芸苔素内酯有效成分用量0.005~0.025mg·kg~(-1)对小叶女贞生长的影响,为芸苔素内酯在小叶女贞上的合理使用提供理论依据和技术指导。结果表明:随着有效成分用药量的增加,小叶女贞梢长增值、梢粗增值、叶片长度、叶片宽度、叶片厚度、叶片质量显著提高,畸形叶率也随之升高。芸苔素内酯0.010~0.020mg·kg~(-1)处理后,与对照相比,小叶女贞梢长增值、梢粗增值、叶片长度、叶片宽度、叶片厚度、叶片质量均显著提高,而畸形叶率无显著差异。相关性分析发现,就春梢而言,芸苔素内酯浓度与小叶女贞梢长增值、叶片厚度和畸形叶率表现为极显著正相关,相关系数均在0.83以上,与梢粗增值、叶片长度、叶片宽度和叶片质量表现为显著正相关,相关系数均在0.51以上。就夏梢而言,除梢粗增值与芸苔素内酯浓度相关性不显著外,其它相关性与春梢相同。说明芸苔素内酯处理浓度增大可有效促进枝梢和叶片生长,但会提高畸形叶数量。综合分析认为,在春梢和夏梢生长期,采用有效成分含量为0.010~0.020mg·kg~(-1)芸苔素内酯进行喷雾处理,可有效增加春梢和夏梢的梢长和梢粗,增大叶片大小、叶片厚度和叶片质量,且畸形叶率较低。
Using Prunus divaricata as test material, the effect of brassinolide lactone on the growth of Prunus trilobata was studied by spray method. In terms of summer shoots, the correlation between shoot thickening value and brassinolide concentration was not significant, and the other correlations were the same as spring shoots. This indicated that the increase of brassinolide concentration could effectively promote the growth of shoots and leaves, but increased the number of deformed leaves. The results showed that in spring and summer shoots, brassica napa lactone with active ingredient content of 0.010-0.020 mg · kg -1 could effectively increase the shoot length and shoot length of summer shoots and summer shoots Coarse, increasing the size of the leaves, leaf thickness and leaf quality, and the lower the rate of deformed leaves.
