本文分析了污水处理过程中,将变频器应用污水泵的节能原理,提出了采用芬兰瓦萨控制系统有限公司生产的Vacon变频器作为污水泵变频器件的设计方案。实践证明采用Vacon变频器后,污水处理系统运行稳定,控制方便,节约能源,具有明显的经济效益和社会效益。
This article analyzes the sewage treatment process, the frequency converter application of energy-saving sewage pump principle, proposed by the Finnish Vaasa Control System Co., Ltd. Vacon inverter frequency converter as a sewage pump design. Practice has proved that the Vacon inverter, the sewage treatment system is stable, easy to control, energy conservation, with significant economic and social benefits.
