阐述了近年来基于Internet和Intranet的网络化空间数据库的发展背景与技术特点 ,并且结合森林资源信息共享建立了一个WEBGIS平台 ,介绍了这个平台的原理和功能特点。
The development background and technical characteristics of networked spatial database based on Internet and Intranet in recent years are expounded. A WEBGIS platform is set up based on forest resource information sharing. The principle and function of this platform are introduced.
