目的研究新樟Neocinnamomum delavayi茎的化学成分。方法采用硅胶、MCI、RP-18、Sephadex LH-20凝胶和半制备HPLC等柱色谱方法进行分离纯化,通过波谱分析鉴定化合物的结构。结果从新樟茎80%乙醇提取物中分离得到17个化合物,包括4个酚苷、3个木脂素、6个倍半萜、3个黄酮以及1个甾醇类化合物,分别鉴定为6-O-紫丁香酰基-1-O-香草酰基-β-D-吡喃葡萄糖苷(1)、6-O-乙酰基-1-O-(3,4,5-三甲氧基苯基)-β-D-吡喃葡萄糖苷(2)、1,6-二-O-紫丁香酰基-β-D-吡喃葡萄糖苷(3)、3,4,5-三甲氧基苯基-6-O-紫丁香酰基-β-D-吡喃葡萄糖苷(4)、鹅掌揪树脂酚B二甲醚(5)、sesartemin(6)、(+)-9′-O-(E)-阿魏酰基-5,5′-二甲氧基落叶松脂醇(7)、oplodiol(8)、柳杉二醇(9)、4-表柳杉二醇(10)、7α,11-二羟基-10(14)-杜松烯(11)、(-)-2,9-丁香烷二醇(12)、菜豆酸(13)、儿茶素(14)、表儿茶素(15)、反式-二氢槲皮素(16)、(24S)-24-乙基胆甾-3β,5α,6β-三醇(17)。结论化合物1、2为新的酚苷类化合物,分别命名为新樟苷A和新樟苷B,化合物3~17为首次从新樟属植物中分离得到。
Aim To study the chemical constituents of Neocinnamomum delavayi stem. Methods The compounds were isolated and purified by column chromatography on silica gel, MCI, RP-18, Sephadex LH-20 gel and semi-preparative HPLC. The structures of the compounds were identified by spectral analysis. Results Seventeen compounds were isolated from 80% ethanolic extract of Camphor camphor, including 4 phenols, 3 lignans, 6 sesquiterpenoids, 3 flavones and 1 steroid, which were identified as 6-O - Lilacyl-1-O-vanillyl-β-D-glucopyranoside (1), 6-O-acetyl-1-O- (3,4,5-trimethoxyphenyl) -β -D-glucopyranoside (2), 1,6-di-O-lilacyl-β-D-glucopyranoside (3), 3,4,5-trimethoxyphenyl-6-O - Syringomyelin (4), Schefflera oleracea B (5), sesartemin (6), (+) - 9’-O- (7), opal (8), cedryl (9), 4-epicillin (10), 7α, 11-dihydroxy-10 (14) -catepine (11), (-) - 2,9-lignanediol (12), betanic acid (13), catechin (14), epicatechin -dihydroquercetin (16), (24S) -24-ethylcholesta-3β, 5α, 6β-triol (17). Conclusions Compounds 1 and 2 are new phenolic compounds named as Cedar A and Cinnamic B, respectively. Compounds 3 to 17 are isolated from caryophyllus for the first time.
