通过超声心动图实验,运动负荷量达到120次/分时,是锻炼的有效价值临界限,因为这时候的每搏输出量已接近最大程度,运动负荷量高于120次/分时,每搏输出量继续增加,低于120次/分时因心脏出现惰性每搏输出量急骤下降;运动负荷量达到130次/分时每搏输出量达到最大程度;运动负荷量达到140—150次/分时,每搏输出量出现缓慢下降现象。通过心电图实验,当运动负荷量达到150次/分以上时,因为心搏量开始下降,为了适应运动的需要,心脏靠增加跳动次数来维持和增加每分输出量,一直到运动强度达到180次/分时,心电图无异常现象,证实少年儿童的身体可以承受这样运动强度;当运动负荷量达到185次/分时,少数学生心电图出现异常现象,大多数学生在190—210次/分时心电图才出现异常现象,所以把心血管功能强度的极限定为180次/分。
