目的:建立紫背天葵中矢车菊素-3-O-葡萄糖苷含量测定的高效液相色谱法(HPLC)。方法:采用Shim-pack VPODS(250 mm×4.6 mm,5μm)为色谱柱,0.5%磷酸-50%乙腈为流动相;检测波长为280 nm;流速0.8 mL/min;柱温30℃。结果:矢车菊素-3-O-葡萄糖苷在0.05μg~1μg的范围内与峰面积呈良好的线性关系(r=0.999 9),平均加样回收率为100.4%,RSD为1.3%(n=6)。结论:该方法可准确测定紫背天葵中矢车菊素-3-O-葡萄糖苷的含量,重复性好,可作为控制紫背天葵质量的一个重要指标。
Objective: To establish a HPLC method for the determination of the content of cyanidin-3-O-glucoside in Plectranthinus. METHODS: Shim-pack VPODS (250 mm × 4.6 mm, 5 μm) column and 0.5% phosphoric acid-50% acetonitrile were used as the mobile phase. The detection wavelength was 280 nm. The flow rate was 0.8 mL / min. Results: There was a good linear relationship between cyanidin-3-O-glucoside and peak area in the range of 0.05μg ~ 1μg (r = 0.999 9), the average recovery was 100.4% and the RSD was 1.3% n = 6). Conclusion: This method can accurately determine the content of cyanidin-3-O-glucoside in Plectranthemia septempunctata and has good repeatability. It can be used as an important index to control the quality of Plectranthus enthanica.
