纯钛因其多种优势,如耐腐蚀性强、生物相容性好、机械性能优异、价格低廉等,广泛应用于口腔临床领域,然而纯钛烤瓷修复体中钛瓷结合强度较差,常导致崩瓷的现象发生,从而限制了它的临床应用。有研究表明在钛瓷间加入钛酸钡中间涂层,阻碍粘接力较差的氧化膜的形成,可增强钛瓷间的结合强度。该文以在钛瓷间加入钛酸钡薄膜以增强钛瓷结合强度为重点,检索包括钛酸钡粉体的制备及钛酸钡薄膜的制备等方面国内外的相关文献,综述其研究现状。
Pure titanium is widely used in oral clinical field because of its many advantages, such as strong corrosion resistance, good biocompatibility, excellent mechanical properties, low price, etc. However, the titanium-titanium porcelain restoration has poor bonding strength, Often lead to the phenomenon of collapse of porcelain, which limits its clinical application. Studies have shown that the addition of titanium barium titanate between the intermediate coating, hinder the formation of poor adhesion of the oxide film can enhance the bonding strength between titanium. This article focuses on the bonding strength of barium titanate by adding barium titanate film between titanium and porcelain, and retrieves relevant literature both at home and abroad, including the preparation of barium titanate powder and the preparation of barium titanate thin film, and reviews its research status.
