How to enhance the market competitiveness of enterprises has always been one of the important issues in the current business management. On the quotation of important competitive means of bidding and bidding for foreign projects, the paper proposes to adopt advanced computer technology and develop a fast and accurate automatic quotation decision support system to enhance the competitiveness of enterprises in the future WTO environment.
