利用叶绿体基因trnH-psbA序列对石蒜属16种(含1变种)的种间关系进行了分析。结果表明:所测物种的序列全长在546~641bp,GC含量为35.86%~36.41%,其核苷酸变异位点14个,信息位点5个,这些位点可以区分石蒜属物种;供试材料聚为3类,除中国石蒜、忽地笑和玫瑰石蒜的系统位置有所不同外,与经典分类基本一致。叶绿体基因trnH-psbA序列可以有效地鉴别石蒜属物种及分类,是一种有效分子标记。
The relationships among 16 species (including 1 variety) of Lycoris were analyzed by using the chloroplast trnH-psbA sequence. The results showed that the sequence of the tested species was 546 ~ 641 bp in length with 35.86% -36.41% GC content, 14 nucleotide variation sites and 5 information sites, which could distinguish Lycoris species. The test materials clustered into three categories, with the exception of the systematic locations of Chinese Lycoris, Suddenly Laughing and Rose Lycoris, which were basically the same as the classic classification. The chloroplast gene trnH-psbA sequence can effectively identify Lycoris species and classification, and is an effective molecular marker.
