针对相似模拟实验中现有方法无法实现对平面位移连续测量与实时监测,本文应用机器视觉理论与图像处理方法研制了数码位移测量仪.首先研究了数码位移测量仪的原理,以及提高测量精度的方法;然后建立了平面应力模型,用数码位移测量仪与V-STARS系统对平面位移进行了对比测量实验.研究结果表明:数码位移测量仪可以用于平面位移的测量,且具有非接触测量、测量精度高、实时性强、自动化程度高等特点.
Aiming at the problem that the existing methods in similar simulation experiments can not realize the continuous measurement of plane displacement and real-time monitoring, this paper applies the theory of machine vision and image processing to develop the digital displacement measuring instrument.Firstly, the principle of digital displacement measuring instrument and the method of improving the measuring accuracy Then, a plane stress model was established and the plane displacement was measured by the digital displacement measuring instrument and the V-STARS system.The results show that the digital displacement measuring instrument can be used for the measurement of plane displacement and has the advantages of non-contact measurement, High measurement accuracy, real-time, high degree of automation features.
