世界各地儿童IDDM的发病率有明显的地区差别,其中以芬兰、瑞典与美国较高,东方诸国如日本、朝鲜及中国较低,美国宾州Allegheny县白人儿童IDDM年发病率为15.8/10万,而中国天津地区仅为0.7/10万,两地相差近20倍。为了探讨IDDM发病率与遗传基因的关系,尤其近来认为HLA-DQβ57位天门冬氨酸(Asp)有抗IDDM能力,故中美双方联合进行一项科研合作,现将初步资料总结于下。
The prevalence of IDDM among children in the world shows obvious regional differences. Among them, Finland, Sweden and the United States are the highest, while the Eastern countries such as Japan, North Korea and China are lower. The annual incidence of IDDM among white children in Allegheny County, Pennsylvania is 15.8 / 10 While Tianjin in China is only 0.7 / 100,000, a difference of nearly 20 times between the two places. In order to investigate the relationship between the incidence of idiopathic and genetic polymorphisms of IDDM, in particular, it has recently been suggested that asparagine (Asp) at HLA-DQβ57 has an anti-IDDM capacity. Therefore, both China and the United States jointly conducted a scientific research cooperation. The preliminary data are summarized below.
