2015~2016年河南省家禽心包积液-肝炎综合征流行病学调查

鸡心包积液-肝炎综合征是由Ⅰ亚群禽腺病毒引起,该病传播快,致死率高,给家禽养殖业造成了严重损失。为研究河南省鸡心包积液-肝炎综合征的流行情况,对2015年8月~2016年11月期间所收集的病例进行流行病学调查。结果显示,该病首先在河南东部地区出现,并迅速蔓延至全省15个地市;该病一年四季均可发生,9~11月为高发期。鸡发病率较高,多发于5~11周龄,其中蛋鸡较多;鸭、鹅也能发病。鸡感染后表现突然死亡,死亡率可达30%~80%。流行早期可见典型的心包积液、肝炎等病理特征,后期呈现亚临床症状。发病养殖场多为中小规模,生物安全措施薄弱。调查结果可为系统了解Ⅰ亚群禽腺病毒在我国鸡群的流行规律提供参考,并为预防和控制该病提供理论依据。 Chicken pericardial effusion - Hepatitis syndrome is caused by subgroup I avian adenovirus, the disease spread fast, fatal high, causing serious losses to the poultry industry. To study the prevalence of chicken pericardial effusion-hepatitis syndrome in Henan Province, epidemiological investigation was conducted on the cases collected from August 2015 to November 2016. The results showed that the disease first appeared in eastern Henan Province, and quickly spread to the province’s 15 cities; the disease can occur throughout the year, 9 to 11 months for the high incidence. High incidence of chickens, mainly in 5 to 11 weeks of age, of which more laying hens; ducks, geese can also disease. Chicken infection showed sudden death, the mortality rate of up to 30% to 80%. Early visible typical of pericardial effusion, hepatitis and other pathological features, the latter showed subclinical symptoms. The incidence of farms are mostly small and medium-scale, biosecurity measures are weak. The results of the survey can provide a reference for systematically understanding the prevalence of subgroup I avian adenovirus in flocks in China and provide a theoretical basis for the prevention and control of the disease.
