2014年4月,第五次全国地方志工作会议在北京召开,中共中央政治局常委、国务院总理李克强对地方志工作作出重要批示,中共中央政治局委员、国务院副总理刘延东作重要讲话,对做好地方志工作提出了总要求。新疆生产建设兵团广大修志工作者要以贯彻落实第五次全国地方志工作会议精神为契机,真抓实干,开拓创新,扎实有效地推进第二轮修志工作,为兵团文化大发展大繁荣和实现兵团跨越发展、科学发展、和谐发展作出应有的贡献。
In April 2014, the Fifth National Conference on Local History Work was held in Beijing.
