目的了解咸阳市健康儿童的乙型肝炎(乙肝)免疫水平,为今后如何有效开展基层乙肝疫苗接种提供科学依据。方法采用分层随机抽样和简单随机抽样的方法,抽取160名0~8岁儿童的血样,用酶联免疫吸附试验(ELISA)检测抗-HBs。结果该市0~8岁儿童抗-HBs阳性率为55.00%,年龄前组儿童(<3岁)抗-HBs阳性率(70.83%)高于学龄组(3~8岁)的阳性率(48.21%),3岁和8岁为2个抗-HBs阳性率高峰。结论应做好0~8岁儿童的乙肝疫苗查漏补种工作,提高儿童抗-HBs水平。
Objective To understand the Hepatitis B (Hepatitis B) immunity of healthy children in Xianyang City and provide a scientific basis for how to effectively carry out Hepatitis B vaccination in the future. Methods Blood samples of 160 children aged 0-8 years were collected by stratified random sampling and simple random sampling method. Anti-HBs were detected by enzyme-linked immunosorbent assay (ELISA). Results The positive rate of anti-HBs in children aged 0-8 years was 55.00%. The positive rate of anti-HBs in pre-age group (<3 years old) was higher than that in school-age group (3-8 years) (48.21 %), 3-year-old and 8-year-old two anti-HBs positive rate peak. Conclusion Hepatitis B vaccine screening and replanting should be well done for children aged 0 ~ 8 years to raise the level of anti-HBs in children.
