市场经济是一种以需求为导向的经济,消费作为总需求的重要组成部分。对有效促进经济增长起着举足轻重的作用。消费包括社会消费和居民消费,居民消费是扩大需求的主要消费群体。而优化消费结构是消费增长的前提,它对促进产业结构调整与市场资源的合理配置和消费升级将产生积极的影响。本文拟从推进西部大开发。实现青海大发展的现实出发,通过分析“九五”期间我省城镇居民消费现状、问题,提出优化消费结构,扩大有效需求的对策建议。
