毛细管离子分析法是90年代初发展起来的一个新的毛细管电泳技术,简称CIA法。运用CIA法检测生活饮用水中的常见阴离子,能获得较高的精密度和准确度;其检测限除亚硝酸盐氮外,均低于国家标准方法;样品的前处理十分简单,只需用0.45um溶解性过滤膜过滤即可进样;方法的分析速度很快,在五分钟内可将阴离子完全分离,另外运用此方法还免去了含量较高的碳酸根离子,以及阳离子和有机酸的干扰。毛细管离子分析法将会以进样体积小、柱效高、分离速度快、高灵敏度、高自动化等特点,成为重要的离子分析技术。
