为了研究高速磁悬浮列车牵引控制技术,获得高性能的动静态控制性能,针对高速磁悬浮列车位置检测传输的特殊性,介绍了位置检测系统的基本构成,分析了位置信号延时产生的原因。依据交流电机磁场定向控制原理以及自动控制理论,推导了长定子直线同步电机牵引控制系统传递函数及其状态方程,分析了位置信号检测延时对牵引力控制动静态性能的影响。结果表明位置信号检测延时会造成系统稳态下牵引力损失,导致控制系统动态性能变坏,系统运行带宽减小。
In order to study traction control technology of high speed maglev train and obtain high performance dynamic and static control performance, the paper introduces the basic structure of position detection system and analyzes the reason of position signal delay for the particularity of high speed maglev train position detection transmission. According to the principle of AC motor field oriented control and automatic control theory, the transfer function and its equation of state of the traction motor control system for long stator linear synchronous motor are deduced. The influence of position signal detection delay on the dynamic and static performance of traction control is analyzed. The results show that the position signal detection delay will cause the loss of traction force in the steady state of the system, resulting in the deterioration of the dynamic performance of the control system and the decrease of the operating bandwidth of the system.
