通过16MND5钢焊接接头的化学成分、显微组织、力学性能和夹杂物等分析,探讨16MND5钢焊接接头强度偏低的原因,并论证产品质量的合格可靠性。结果表明:见证件消氢热处理受热不均匀,A侧出现过热,导致焊接接头强度偏低。而产品消氢热处理的过程是受控的,产品质量是合格可靠的。
Through the analysis of the chemical composition, microstructure, mechanical properties and inclusions of 16MND5 steel welded joint, the reason of the low strength of 16MND5 steel welded joint was discussed and the qualified reliability of the product quality was demonstrated. The results show that: witness pieces of hydrogen heat treatment uneven heating, A side overheating, resulting in low strength welded joints. The product heat treatment process is controlled hydrogen, product quality is qualified and reliable.
