进入21世纪以来,伴随着社会主义市场经济以及国民经济的快速发展,各类企业都呈现出飞速发展之势,企业员工的薪酬也随之不断增长。如果不能合理有效的控制好企业员工的薪酬与人工成本,会直接影响着企业的经济效益,所以如何做好企业员工的薪酬和人工成本控制是当前各大企业普遍关注并亟待解决的重要课题。本文将从当前企业发展的实际出发,概述企业薪酬成本控制,进而分析企业员工薪酬与人工成本控制的有效对策,希望能给相关工作者带来一定的启发和帮助。
Since the beginning of the 21st century, with the rapid development of the socialist market economy and the national economy, all kinds of enterprises have shown rapid development, and the remuneration of employees has also been on the rise. If we can not reasonably and effectively control the salaries and labor costs of enterprise employees, it will directly affect the economic benefits of enterprises. Therefore, how to do a good job in controlling employees’ salaries and labor costs is an important issue that all enterprises are currently paying attention to and urgently need to solve. Based on the actual development of enterprises, this paper outlines the control of enterprise’s compensation costs, and then analyzes the effective countermeasures of employee compensation and labor cost control in the hope of bringing some inspiration and help to related workers.
