近几年,浮选机已向高效、节能、大型化发展。我国重点建设项目瓮福磷矿、黄麦岭磷矿和大峪口磷矿必须选用先进设备,以适应磷块岩选矿的需要。中低品位磷块岩对浮选机的要求很高,经过多年努力,化工矿山设计研究院对A型浮选机的改造,较好地解决了磷块岩的分选问题,己用于王集磷矿工业生产。但它也存在容积有限、能耗高、占地面积大、维修不便等缺点。为满足化学矿山工业建设的需要,我院对选用高效新型浮选机非常重视:一方面研制新型PF浮选机,另一方面根据大峪口磷矿的矿石性质对现在某些公用的浮选机按胶磷矿选矿要求进行了改造经与大峪口工程指挥部协商决定选用江苏溧阳矿山机械厂制造的8米~3和4米~4的KYF型
In recent years, flotation machine has been efficient, energy saving, large-scale development. Low-grade phosphate rock flotation machine demanding, after years of efforts, Chemical Mining Design and Research Institute of A-type flotation machine transformation, a better solution to the separation of phosphorous rock, has been used for Wang Ji-phosphorus Mining industry production. However, it also has some shortcomings such as limited capacity, high energy consumption, large area and inconvenient maintenance. To meet the needs of the construction of chemical mining industry, our hospital attaches great importance to the selection of new efficient flotation machines. On the one hand, the development of new PF flotation machines and, on the other hand, some common flotation processes based on the ore properties of Dayukou phosphate rock Machine according to phosphate rock beneficiation requirements were transformed by the project headquarters and Meiyukou decided to use Jiangsu Liyang Mining Machinery Factory to build the 8 to 3 and 4 to 4 meters of KYF type
